1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
To cancel your order: Contact us immediately at wecare@ChikChikCo.com or call us at
'+91 92172 16725'. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Notification must be made within 24 hours of delivery
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Pick-up must be completed within 7 days from the date your return request is accepted.

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
- Return requests outside this timeline may not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed in one of the following forms:
Credit Note: Store credit that can be used for future purchases on ChikChikCo.com
Original Payment Method: Subject to payment gateway timelines and approval.
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
4. Exceptions
Please note:
Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., customized or final-sale products)
Refunds will not be provided for products returned in used/damaged condition
